To install FireStats in Joomla 1.5, follow those instructions:

Step 1 : Installing and configuring FireStats

  • Install FireStats somewhere on your web server as Standalone (follow the link for more information)

Once installed, create a Joomla site inside FireStats as described in those screenshots:

Step 2 : Installing and configuring the Joomla plugin

  • Go to your joomla installation and install firestats-joomla-1.5.zip (located inside FireStats root directory) through Extension -> Install/Uninstall
  • Go to the Extension -> Plugin manager and locate FireStats plugin
  • Click it, and change FireStats path and Site ID to those in the help window mentioned previously.
  • Save the changes.
